Eli's milestones

ok everyone says that by the time the 3rd child enters a family there is no time to document things---TRUE. That is actually one of the reasons that I started the blog...to try to capture his milestones in an easy way.

So here goes his recent accomplishments:
He now requests specific things---tv shows--Elmo, food--yogurt, DVD's--signs (for signing times). Its interesting because I really don't know when the older 2 boys developed this skill. And its not just when he is offered a choice---he requests these things without prompts.

his vocabulary is huge; Ally (first word), Ooky (lukie), caree (carly), Mommeeee, mine, baba (bottle), bye-bye, hewwow (hello), car (like a real Rhode Islander), twuck, puppy, kitty, baw (ball), ummm (anything yummy), baby, hockey, ride, look-it, dan (dance), uppy, nite-nite, more, ba (bath), uh-oh, choo-choo, ankit (blanket), sigh (signing time), monkey, man, lots more.

He signs alot and loves to watch the sighning time videos. Some of his signs are Bath, more, eat, ride, signing, train, monkey, and a few more.

Best of all are the unprompted hugs and kisses. Not surprising that this comes at the exact time he has been with me longer than the infant home...11 months home...
